Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old for concessions and catering positions
- must be 18 years old for security, prep cook, and dishwasher roles
- must be 21 years old and taps certified for bartenders
- able to work flexible summer schedules from mid-May to mid-September
- willing to work events based on personal availability
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- handle food and beverage services at concerts and events
- provide off-site bar services for large events
- choose events to work based on personal availability
- bartend and manage wet side concessions
- ensure security and safety at events
- prepare food and cook
- wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- provide catering service at off-site locations
- answer phones and emails
- manage tour group manifests and reservation inquiries
- assist General Manager with special projects
