Job Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with computer use and quick typing
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment
- readiness to attend in-person training in Buffalo, New York
- customer-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- Strong phone, listening, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service
