Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent required
- 1+ years of related experience preferred
- Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts with increased pay rates
- Passion to provide a great customer experience
- Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently
- Must be located in or willing to work in Orlando, Florida

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment

Job Duties
- Assist guests and travel agents with their vacation needs via inbound calls
- Provide recommendations on suitable accommodation options while confirming reservations
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel amenities, services, and policies
- Aid guests with special requests such as dinner reservations, airport transfers, and city tours
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from the first point of contact
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update customer information
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
