Job Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate
- Available June to December 2026
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Capability to walk on elevated catwalks and stairs and stand for long periods
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including extreme temperatures
- Ability to move hoses, open valves, clean tanks, and transfer products
- Able to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Open to geographical and functional mobility across the U.S.
- Must not require visa sponsorship
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace calculated risks
Job Qualifications
- Current university student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree and a GPA of 2.8 or greater
- Background in engineering, science, or environmental/safety fields is beneficial but not required
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in work experience or extracurricular activities
- Ability to effectively collaborate and foster an inclusive environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP or advanced Excel features such as macros and VBA preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Embraces change and demonstrates ability to improve processes
- Open to geographical and functional mobility within the U.S. during the Co-Op period
Job Duties
- Introduction to the company with local Leadership team to learn about Anheuser-Busch's overall strategy, business functions, and people structure
- Field experience in brewery operations to understand the brewing routine of the business followed by managing a project within the brewery
- Work with the Innovations team on new process techniques and recipes including critical data entry and observation notation
- Operate equipment such as flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, and lab instruments
- Move beer, grind malt, test new flavors, and report data accurately
- Manage an improvement project and present 'Beer Science' topics to peers
- Present final project results to senior leadership upon Co-Op completion
