Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or current university enrollment
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to walk on elevated catwalks and stairs stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Skilled in operating and calibrating brewing equipment
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to relocate and adapt geographically and functionally
- No visa sponsorship required
Job Qualifications
- Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a GPA of 2.8 or greater
- Background in Engineering Science or Environmental/Safety preferred but all majors accepted
- Willingness for geographical and functional mobility across U.S. locations during the 6-month Co-Op
- Flexibility to work alternating shifts including nights weekends holidays and overtime
- Ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs and stand for long periods
- Able to work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures
- Ability to move hoses open valves clean tanks and transfer products
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 60 pounds
- Strong data analysis skills to leverage insights for solving complex problems
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities through work experience or extracurricular activities
- Self-motivated with the drive to exceed expectations
- Ability to collaborate actively listen seek diverse input and foster an inclusive environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Aptitude for questioning status quo and pursuing process improvements with a willingness to take calculated risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Experience with SAP or advanced Excel preferred
- Must not require visa sponsorship
Job Duties
- Introduction to the company with local Leadership team to learn about Anheuser-Busch’s overall strategy business functions and people structure
- Field experience in brewery operations to understand the brewing routine followed by a deep dive into a project within the brewery
- Work with Innovations team on new process techniques and recipes including critical data entry and observation notation
- Experience moving beer grinding malt testing new flavors and reporting data for the largest brewery in the country
- Operate and calibrate equipment such as flow meters plate and frame coolers glycol jacketed tanks yeast separators steam heaters and lab instruments
- Manage and present a personal improvement project to senior leadership upon successful Co-Op completion
