Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or current university student
  • GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor relevant to brewing operations
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to relocate and work in different U.S. locations
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • Must be self-driven and motivated

Job Qualifications

  • Current university student or recent university graduate with a bachelor's degree and a GPA of 2.8 or greater
  • Background in engineering, science, or environmental/safety fields beneficial but all majors accepted
  • Open to geographical and functional mobility across U.S. locations
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking up and down stairs, standing for long periods, moving hoses, opening valves, cleaning tanks, transferring products
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds
  • Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP or advanced Excel capabilities preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to take calculated risks

Job Duties

  • Introduction to the company with local leadership team to learn about Anheuser-Busch's overall strategy, business functions, and people structure
  • Field experience in brewery operations to understand brewing routines
  • Deep dive into a brewery project to improve processes
  • Work with the Innovations team on new process techniques and recipes
  • Data entry and observation notation critical to the role
  • Experience moving beer, grinding malt, testing new flavors, and reporting data
  • Operate and calibrate equipment such as flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, and lab instruments
  • Present final project results to senior leadership upon Co-Op completion
