Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or current university student
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical capability to perform manual labor relevant to brewing operations
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to relocate and work in different U.S. locations
- No visa sponsorship available
- Must be self-driven and motivated
Job Qualifications
- Current university student or recent university graduate with a bachelor's degree and a GPA of 2.8 or greater
- Background in engineering, science, or environmental/safety fields beneficial but all majors accepted
- Open to geographical and functional mobility across U.S. locations
- Ability to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking up and down stairs, standing for long periods, moving hoses, opening valves, cleaning tanks, transferring products
- Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP or advanced Excel capabilities preferred
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability to change and willingness to take calculated risks

Job Duties
- Introduction to the company with local leadership team to learn about Anheuser-Busch's overall strategy, business functions, and people structure
- Field experience in brewery operations to understand brewing routines
- Deep dive into a brewery project to improve processes
- Work with the Innovations team on new process techniques and recipes
- Data entry and observation notation critical to the role
- Experience moving beer, grinding malt, testing new flavors, and reporting data
- Operate and calibrate equipment such as flow meters, plate and frame coolers, glycol jacketed tanks, yeast separators, steam heaters, and lab instruments
- Present final project results to senior leadership upon Co-Op completion
