Job Duties
- Provide service center support to flight attendants
- Provide flight attendant administrative support including furnishing information and resolving problems
- Coordinate personnel and related business issues or processes
- Maintain familiarity with collective bargaining agreement and company policies concerning crew schedule adjustments and leaves
- Monitor and audit vendor services
- Conduct vendor site visits
