Job Duties

  • Provide service center support to flight attendants
  • Provide flight attendant administrative support including furnishing information and resolving problems
  • Coordinate personnel and related business issues or processes
  • Maintain familiarity with collective bargaining agreement and company policies concerning crew schedule adjustments and leaves
  • Monitor and audit vendor services
  • Conduct vendor site visits
