Job Requirements

  • Experience in a service environment
  • Proficient in desktop computer use
  • Skilled in technical writing
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Provide service center telephone support to flight attendants
  • Furnish information and resolve problems for flight attendants
  • Coordinate personnel and related business issues or processes
  • Maintain familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and company policies regarding crew schedules and leaves
  • Monitor and audit vendor services
  • Conduct vendor site visits
