  • International travel required

Job Duties

  • Provide service center support to flight attendants
  • Provide flight attendant administrative support by furnishing information, resolving problems, and coordinating personnel and related business issues or processes
  • Maintain familiarity with collective bargaining agreement, company and division policies concerning crew schedule adjustments, personal or medical leaves, and other subjects to process needs and requests
  • Monitor and audit vendor services
  • Conduct vendor site visits
