Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year general office, customer service or experience in a health care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and greets customers using customer service techniques to promote positive image of organization
- Serves as hospital concierge while supporting the safety and security services to all patients, visitors and staff
- Monitors services and supplies for accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining reports and departmental documentation
- Assist with orientation of new volunteers
- Completes assigned goals
