Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • Airbus A320 series type rating
  • previous experience as Pilot-In-Command on Airbus A320 series aircraft
  • ability to possess a First Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • technical knowledge of Airbus A320 series aircraft systems
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • valid FAA medical certification
  • ability to respond to on-call status within 90 minutes for 21 days per month
  • pass required pre-employment drug screening
  • maintain manual currency compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Airbus A320 series type rating
  • previous experience operating Airbus A320 series aircraft as Pilot-In-Command (PIC)
  • Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
  • ability to possess a First Class FAA Medical Certificate
  • technical knowledge of Airbus A320 series aircraft systems
  • prior training and/or Check Airman experience preferred
  • international flight operations experience preferred
  • maintain currency in the Airbus A320 family and intimate knowledge of all company Flight Operations manuals, policies and procedures, and business partners
  • maintain manual currency compliance

Job Duties

  • Evaluate potential aircraft for flight operations requirements
  • coordinate aircraft acceptance, delivery and return flights
  • coordinate scheduling of reposition and evaluation flights with maintenance and crew scheduling departments
  • coordinate and manage crew as necessary
  • perform non-revenue ferry, reposition and evaluation flights for maintenance, operation and aircraft deliveries
  • submit reports as needed of common errors, SOP revision suggestions and improvements to the Senior Manager, Airbus Programs
  • maintain a professional relationship with other departments and business partners
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Airbus Programs
