Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Be the first point of contact for customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
- Prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras
- Create the best rental experience and maximize sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Handle customer inquiries in an organized, service-oriented manner with a positive attitude
- Uphold company standards with a professional appearance and use of uniform
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
