Job Requirements

- Experience in event coordination, recreation, or facility operations preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Valid Indiana driver’s license preferred
- Basic knowledge of facility operations and public safety
- Ability to respond to minor facility or grounds issues as needed
Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee facility rentals, special events, and programs at Salomon Farm
- Set up, monitor, and tear down facilities for rentals, programs, and events
- Coordinate with renters, vendors, caterers, DJs, security, and cleaning staff
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked facilities and restrooms
- Collect rental fees, complete reports, assess damages, and communicate issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with farm programs, events, and other duties as needed
- Oversee security personnel and additional staff as needed during rentals
