Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must pass background check
- Some roles require drug testing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare’s products save money and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share
- Use proprietary T3 technology to manage equipment rentals efficiently
