Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass drug test if applicable

Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
  • Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate customers about EquipmentShare products and services to save money, increase profits, and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience
