Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to pass drug test if applicable

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
- Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers about EquipmentShare products and services to save money, increase profits, and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience
