Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in customer service or rental coordination preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • problem-solving capability
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to on-time attendance and reliability
  • ability to pass background check
  • willingness to undergo drug testing if required
  • availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • flexibility to work overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
  • expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and improve efficiency
  • maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • keep customers informed about new products and services
  • promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience
