Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in customer service or rental coordination preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- problem-solving capability
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to on-time attendance and reliability
- ability to pass background check
- willingness to undergo drug testing if required
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- flexibility to work overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and improve efficiency
- maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- keep customers informed about new products and services
- promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and enhance customer experience
