Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with technology
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM including overtime
- Ability to pass a background check and potentially a drug test depending on job responsibilities

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
- Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
