- respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and improve efficiency
- maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
