Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime
- Ability to pass background check
- Some roles may require drug testing

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers on ways EquipmentShare can save them money and improve their operations
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
