Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
- Must pass background check

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals
- Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save money and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Use proprietary T3 technology to enhance rental coordination tasks
