Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Capable of handling fast-paced work environment
  • Must pass background check
  • Some roles may require drug test depending on job responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
  • Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and company principals
  • Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save money and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Use proprietary T3 technology to enhance rental coordination tasks
