Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Willingness to work overtime after 40 hours
  • Passing background check
  • Passing drug test if required

Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
  • Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save money and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
