Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to respond promptly to customer needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to work overtime after 40 hours
- Passing background check
- Passing drug test if required

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process
- Expand customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save money and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
