Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or rental coordination preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility for overtime
  • Pass a background check
  • Ability to use technology platforms for rental management
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the equipment rental process
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase earnings, and improve efficiency
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships ensuring satisfaction with service and support
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share
  • Use proprietary T3 technology platform to manage rental process and customer data
