Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or rental coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility for overtime
- Pass a background check

Job Duties
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the equipment rental process
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase earnings, and improve efficiency
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships ensuring satisfaction with service and support
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share
- Use proprietary T3 technology platform to manage rental process and customer data
