Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Valid and unexpired driver's license
- Ability to follow safety procedures and chemical usage guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior and utilizing air freshener
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage
- May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Gathers and empties trash
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and possibly checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
- Drives vehicles while in the course of performing cleaning work
- Notify management concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to facility
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
