Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- CPR and First Aid Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant (training available)
- Ability to supervise children responsibly during events
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical tasks including setup and cleanup
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Previous experience in supervision or childcare preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Sets up and prepares for the rental as needed
- Ensures that any program equipment and supplies are set up and available
- Places signage around the building to notify participants
- Greets guests as they arrive and ensures accurate recording of guest check-ins
- Supervises youth during rental activity and maintains order and control of the event, being available to answer questions of participants
- Assists with any accidents or injuries and completes necessary Incident Report forms, as well as notifies the Community & Social Events Coordinator as needed
- Cleans the rental area(s) when the rental is complete and locks all doors as necessary
