Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
- Access to a personally owned Windows-based computer that meets technical specifications
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional customer interactions
- Ability to work a full-time 40-hour schedule including some weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Closing sales on the first interaction through consultative selling
- Participating in weekly performance coaching and development sessions
- Working a full-time 40-hour schedule
- Representing nationally recognized brands in home services
- Maintaining professional and ethical sales practices
