Job Requirements
- ability to obtain a secret clearance
- experience instructing large groups of low and high ranking personnel in a military environment
- experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft including hobbyist UAS experience
- must be able to obtain a certified FAA UAS PART 107 pilot license
- experience with all RPV types and ability to design and fabricate with limited instructions
- ability to research emerging RPV technologies and describe their military impact
- proficient in MS Office and intelligence automation
- ability to perform independently and interact with other organizations
- ability to communicate and function effectively in teams
- BA/BS with 0-3 years experience or associates degree plus 4 years or no degree plus 6 years experience
- BA/BS with 3-10 years experience or associates degree plus 4 years or no degree plus 6 years experience
- extensive experience with Group 2+ and 3 UAS especially Penguin B and C
- manned pilot experience
- ability to read and interpret sectional, VFR Terminal Area and World Aeronautical charts
- experience communicating and coordinating with Air Traffic Control
- knowledge of UAS components and flight control software such as Pix Hawk, Dragon Link, RC Transmitters, and Mission Planner
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with relevant experience
- associates degree plus additional experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree
- ability to obtain a Certified FAA UAS PART 107 Pilot License

- proficiency in MS Office and intelligence-related automation tools
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to perform independently in various locations
Job Duties
- Operate commercial off-the-shelf remotely piloted vehicles
- gather intelligence for mission planning
- build and fabricate COTS remote controlled vehicles
- configure flight controllers for waypoint missions
- research emerging RPV technologies and describe their advantages and impact
- communicate and coordinate with military units and organizations
- utilize MS Office and intelligence automation tools to support analysis and product development
