high school diploma or equivalent
basic computer proficiency
ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
clear and understandable verbal communication
US citizenship
ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

Job Qualifications

basic computer proficiency
ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
clear verbal communication skills
effective oral and written communication
experience working in multidisciplinary teams
proficiency in MS Office Suite
knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65 is desired
team building skills
familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology is desired

Job Duties

simulate actions and communications of pilots and remote ATC facilities during training exercises
receive and respond to voice commands using proper phraseology
input accurate pilot actions into the automated system
translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
complete classroom certification and pass testing on airspace and procedures
perform as a Remote Pilot Operator in lab certification
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, trainers, and subject matter experts
