Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals
- Clear and understandable speech
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- Clear and effective verbal communication skills

- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is desirable
- Certification or experience in ATC tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of current technology tools
- Familiarity with pilot/controller communications or phraseology is advantageous
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar displays to mimic pilot and remote controller communications
- Respond promptly and accurately to voice commands from student air traffic controllers
- Input proper entries into the automated simulation system to represent pilot actions
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology and phraseology
- Participate in classroom and lab certification processes, including examinations and performance evaluations
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including instructors and system designers
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all training exercises
