Job Requirements
- US citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret materials such as diagrams and manuals
- Clear and understandable speech
- Willingness to complete required classroom and lab certifications
- Ability to work part-time and remotely as needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear oral communication skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is preferred
- Certification or experience in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs is desirable but not required
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of current technological tools such as tablets and notebooks
- Understanding or experience with pilot/controller communications or phraseology is beneficial
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar and voice communication systems to emulate pilot and controller actions during training
- Respond accurately to student voice commands using proper air traffic control phraseology
- Input simulated pilot actions into automated training systems
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Complete mandatory classroom and lab certifications related to airspace and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including multimedia developers, quality assurance, instruction system designers, subject matter experts, and instructors
- Maintain clear and effective communication with students and other team members
