Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret technical materials such as diagrams and manuals
- Clear and understandable spoken communication skills
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams

- Basic knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65
- Familiarity with pilot/controller communications and phraseology
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar display and voice communication systems to mimic pilot and remote ATC operations during training exercises
- Receive and interpret voice commands from trainee air traffic controllers
- Input accurate pilot actions into the automated training system
- Translate displayed data into correct air traffic control terminology
- Communicate responses clearly and using proper phraseology via the voice communication system
- Support certification processes by completing classroom and lab training exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance training effectiveness
