Job Requirements
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills

- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 strongly desired
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of current technology tools
- Basic familiarity with pilot-controller communications and phraseology
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar display and voice communication systems to emulate pilot actions and communications
- Receive and interpret voice commands from air traffic controller trainees
- Input appropriate responses into automated training systems to simulate pilot behavior
- Translate displayed simulation information into correct air traffic control terminology
- Communicate clearly and effectively with trainees using standardized phraseology
- Complete required classroom and lab certifications demonstrating proficiency as a Remote Pilot Operator
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including multimedia developers and instructors to improve training exercises
