- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and effective oral communication skills
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- Basic familiarity with current technological tools
- Familiarity or experience with pilot-controller communications or phraseology
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar display and voice communication system during training exercises
- Receive and process voice commands from students accurately
- Input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology
- Respond to students using proper phraseology via the voice communication system
- Complete required classroom and lab certifications for Remote Pilot Operator
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support training efforts
