- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

- US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with ATC pilot-controller communications or phraseology
- Knowledge of FAA Order JO 7110.65 is strongly desired
- Experience or certification in ATC simulation labs is preferred
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar displays and voice communication systems to replicate pilot and remote ATC facility actions during training exercises
- Receive voice commands from student controllers and input proper entries into automated systems to simulate pilot behavior
- Translate displayed information into appropriate air traffic control terminology and respond to students using correct phraseology
- Complete required certifications including classroom testing on airspace and procedures and lab performance as a Remote Pilot Operator
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team including multimedia developers, quality assurance, and instructors
- Maintain clear and professional communication skills both orally and in writing
- Utilize technology tools such as MS Office Suite and other applications related to training simulation
