Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency
Good reading and interpretation skills
Clear oral communication
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
No travel required
Availability for day shift
Must work onsite at Dallas-Fort Worth ATCT
Must complete classroom and lab certifications

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
Effective oral and written communication skills
US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Certification in ATC tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation labs preferred
Working knowledge of FAAO JO 7110.65 preferred
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Familiarity with pilot-controller communications or phraseology

Job Duties

Operate simulated radar displays and voice communication systems to portray pilot and ATC communications
Respond accurately to student air traffic controller voice commands using FAA-approved phraseology
Perform input of pilot actions and simulate responses within automated training systems
Translate displayed simulation information into proper ATC terminology
Complete required classroom and lab certifications to operate Remote Pilot Operator positions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including multimedia developers, quality assurance, and instructors
Maintain clear and effective communication with trainees and training personnel
