Job Requirements
- US citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear and understandable speaking ability
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of current technological tools
- Basic understanding or experience with pilot/controller communications and phraseology
Job Duties
- Operate simulated radar display and voice communication systems to mimic pilot and remote ATC actions
- Receive and respond to voice commands from trainee air traffic controllers
- Input appropriate pilot actions into automated systems during training exercises
- Translate simulated data into proper air traffic control terminology
- Utilize correct phraseology in communications via the Voice Communication System
- Complete required classroom and lab certifications for Remote Pilot Operator roles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, instructors, and subject matter experts
