Job Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)
- Licensed to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of one year of independent clinical licensure
- Experience working as a licensed mental health provider
- Ability to work remotely
- Proficient in using electronic health records and telehealth technology
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients remotely
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and notes
- Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure client appointments
- Utilize Grow Therapy's EHR system for invoicing, scheduling, and session management
- Participate in clinical education opportunities and peer consultation groups
- Engage in marketing efforts to build a client base
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with professional licensing requirements
