Job Requirements
- Must hold a LICSW license
- Licensed in the state of Washington
- Have at least one year of independent clinical licensure
- Ability to participate in remote video interviews
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth services
- Willingness to comply with Grow Therapy policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited institution
- Current and active LICSW licensure in the state of Washington
- At least one year of independent clinical social work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Commitment to professional ethics and continuing education
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Provide licensed clinical social work services to clients through telehealth and/or in-person sessions
- Manage client scheduling and maintain thorough clinical documentation using the Grow Therapy EHR platform
- Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and appointment management
- Submit and track insurance claims and billing through Grow Therapy’s centralized system
- Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education and peer consultation groups
- Engage with the Grow Therapy provider community for support, advice, and knowledge sharing
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in all clinical practices
