Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • strong computer literacy
  • excellent communication abilities
  • fluency in English
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • adaptability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for long hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience
  • strong computer skills including using programs such as OpenTable
  • good communication skills
  • fluency in English
  • ability to speak Spanish preferred
  • current work authorization in the United States
  • ability to stand for 8 or more hours

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests efficiently
  • manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries courteously and professionally
  • answer phone calls, confirm and make new reservations
  • respond to guest inquiries and problems efficiently and courteously
  • adapt to work in any Food & Beverage outlet as needed
  • maintain knowledge of seating charts, reservation systems, menus, and guest preferences
  • provide a warm and inviting welcome experience for all patrons
