Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of proper packaging, loading, and unloading techniques
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- positive attitude
- punctual and results oriented
- physical stamina for lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, walking, and bending
- forklift certification or commercial driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- Pack and prepare customer items to prevent damage during transit
- disassemble furniture and wrap items securely
- load customer items using dollies and ramps
- strategically arrange items in the moving truck
- unload items and reassemble furniture at the destination
- track and inventory customer belongings
- provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally
- clean job sites and trucks after moves
- follow all safety policies and use proper safety equipment
- assist with warehouse and operational tasks when not moving
