Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience as a receptionist or office worker
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- good typing and data entry skills
- ability to operate various communication systems such as telephone, fax, and email
- sensitivity and understanding in human relations
- ability to communicate clearly and consistently
- sensitivity in functioning in a multi-cultural work setting
- valid NJ driver’s license

Job Duties
- Regard all information about clients as confidential
- answer telephone calls, respond to voicemails, and expedite in the quickest method possible
- follow up with messages left overnight with the auto-attendant and respond appropriately
- greet visitors professionally and efficiently notify staff
- maintain reception office, lobby, and other common areas in a clean and organized manner
- manage pick-up/delivery of packages via FedEx, UPS, etc., for staff
- manage the incoming and outgoing mail process and ensure processing through postage meter
- process and distribute interoffice mail
- manage room bookings and assist staff using office and meeting space
- order supplies for the building's janitorial and kitchen needs
- follow opening and closing procedures
- be familiar with emergency procedures and appropriate contacts in case of emergency
