Job Requirements
- must be available to work Thursday 11PM-7AM
- must be available to work Saturday 9AM-3PM
- must be available to work Sunday 9AM-3PM
- ability to lift objects up to fifty pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- cleaning common areas
- taking out trash and recycling
- inspecting furniture, decor, and other fixtures for needed repairs or deep cleaning
- bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager's attention
- making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies
- ensuring residents and guests experience five-star service
- acting as a point of contact for residents and guests
- addressing and coordinating various resident and guest requests such as arranging transportation, providing information about property amenities, and giving directions to local attractions
- assisting with the upkeep and appearance of the property
- receiving and distributing packages, dry-cleaning, documents, and other items
- following security protocol by checking in and out all guests, vendors, contractors, and other visitors to the property
- performing other duties as assigned
