Job Duties
- Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and/or apartments with pending move-in dates
- ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris
- sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings
- clean glass
- dust and clean fixtures
- operate trash chute and maintain
- take trash to curbside on trash days
- confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up
- follows established procedures set by management
- assists handyman as instructed
- other duties as assigned
