Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to learn and grow in the food service industry
- Ability to work a schedule of 4 days per week including evenings ending by 6:30 pm
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and moving items
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food prep and dish washing is preferred but not required
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and community members
- Strong work ethic and commitment to upholding company core values
Job Duties
- Assist in food prep, stocking the salad bar, filling refreshment carafes, and setting tables in the dining room
- Reset the dining room and kitchen following meals by washing dishes, removing trash, and bussing tables
- Work alongside the culinary and dining team in a dynamic kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment
- Uphold core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- Develop positive relationships with residents, peers, and the community
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas
- Ensure timely support for meal service preparation and cleanup
