Job Requirements
- able to travel 100% of the time including overnight out-of-state stays
- 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail or related field
- successful passing of background check
- possession of a valid driver’s license
- willingness to work in fast-paced and evolving operational environments
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a management role in hospitality sectors such as motel, hotel, restaurant, or retail
- expertise in identifying root causes of problems and implementing action plans
- ability to build trust and influence with property-level employees rapidly
- experience in hiring, selection, and developing front-line teams
- exposure to fast-paced and evolving field operations
- strong communication skills with leadership and corporate teams
- passion for travel and project management
Job Duties
- Relieve resident general managers for vacation breaks
- take over properties that are in between managers
- assist resident general managers to identify and solve issues on their properties
- travel 100% of the time within designated area
- build relationships of trust and influence with property-level employees
- communicate clearly with field leadership and corporate support teams
- manage hiring, selection, and development of front-line team members
