- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

- ability to recognize and report problems

- ability to work overnight shift
- physical ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to climb steps while carrying loads

Job Duties
- Keep public areas and grounds of hotel clean and clear of litter
- take guests' baggage to and from hotel parking lot and rooms
- assist front desk staff in various guest service responsibilities
- receive orders and stock merchandise for hotel, restaurant, and gift shop
- act as Night Porter Relief including providing overnight security and maintain cleanliness of all lobby and kitchen areas
- deep clean all areas to be ready for the next day's service
- provide friendly and efficient service to guests, including checking them in and out of rooms as needed
