Job Requirements
- Partial high school education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to work overnight shift
- Strong customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Attention to detail and strong sanitation habits
- Ability to recognize when issues occur and report to management
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods in wet environments

Job Duties
- Greet hotel guests and park visitors in a friendly manner and provide information and baggage assistance
- Maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas including dusting, emptying garbage, litter pickup, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and snow removal
- Work overnight shifts as Night Porter Relief providing security and maintaining lobby and kitchen cleanliness
- Deep clean kitchen including floors, mats, garbage cans, ranges, and hood insides
- Record refrigeration temperatures and report issues to management
- Secure food storage areas and ensure proper storage practices
- Check in guests during overnight hours and resolve guest concerns within authority
- Replenish fireplace wood and maintain fire
- Communicate effectively with front desk and housekeeping staff and assist as needed
- Receive and stock orders for kitchen, hotel, and gift shop
- Clean windows and replenish restroom supplies as needed
