Job Duties
- Greet hotel guests and park visitors in a friendly manner and assist with baggage
- Maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas, including dusting, emptying garbage, picking up litter, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and snow removal
- Work overnight shift as Night Porter Relief providing overnight security
- Deep clean kitchen area including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, emptying fryer grease, and cleaning hoods and ranges
- Record refrigeration equipment temperatures and report issues to kitchen management
- Lock all food storage doors and ensure proper storage
- Check guests into hotel during overnight hours
- Replenish and maintain fireplace wood supply
- Vacuum and deep clean floors
- Clean and sanitize ground floor restrooms and replenish supplies
- Communicate with front desk and housekeeping staff and assist as needed
- Receive and stock merchandise and assist with deliveries
- Clean windows as needed
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints or refer to management
