Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • have experience working in a culinary or food service environment
  • knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards
  • ability to work part-time on weekends for 8-hour shifts
  • possess basic cooking skills including preparing eggs and omelets
  • commitment to upholding Resort Lifestyle Communities' core values
  • ability to follow kitchen safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
  • experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary setting
  • knowledge and ability to prep, prepare, and present food on a buffet as well as cook eggs and omelets as ordered
  • knowledge of food sanitation guidelines and ability to operate kitchen equipment as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve dynamic entrees and present high-quality food personalized to residents' preferences
  • greet residents with a friendly and positive attitude as the first smiling face every weekend morning
  • ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
  • adhere to food sanitation guidelines and properly operate kitchen equipment
  • collaborate with Culinary and Dining Services team under the Executive Chef's direction
  • live by the Core Values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
  • provide exceptional resort-style food and service to residents and guests
