Job Duties

  • Assist with accurate processing and release of client shipments across multiple transportation modes
  • Review documentation, create customs entries, and ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements
  • Perform data entry for shipment release, rating, and billing with accuracy
  • Communicate with internal teams or clients to resolve documentation or shipment queries
  • Follow standard operating procedures, flag outdated processes, and recommend improvements
  • Support client inquiries via email or phone professionally
  • Escalate complex cases to managers or specialized teams
  • Collaborate with Release Operations team and use automation tools
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements
