Job Duties
- Assist with accurate processing and release of client shipments across multiple transportation modes
- Review documentation, create customs entries, and ensure compliance with procedures and client requirements
- Perform data entry for shipment release, rating, and billing with accuracy
- Communicate with internal teams or clients to resolve documentation or shipment queries
- Follow standard operating procedures, flag outdated processes, and recommend improvements
- Support client inquiries via email or phone professionally
- Escalate complex cases to managers or specialized teams
- Collaborate with Release Operations team and use automation tools
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements
