Job Requirements
- Diploma in business
- Minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships including engaging with customers centres of influence or community partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion for agriculture with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
Job Qualifications
- Diploma in business

- Passion for agriculture with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments
- Customer service experience ideally in a financial law agricultural or advisory setting
- Bilingualism English and French is a strong asset
Job Duties
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers helping identify needs and opportunities
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects
- Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally creating value and sales opportunities
- Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support
- Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
- Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations
